As a Client Advisor at Summit, your mission is to guarantee impeccable customer service before, during and after the business relationship. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers by offering advice and constant support. This position requires a deep commitment to service excellence, as well as the ability to adapt to changing customer needs.

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Customer database management and segmentation: You will maintain and optimize the database to ensure targeted and effective communication.‍
• Platform access management: You will facilitate access to resources for our customers, ensuring their proper use.‍
• Task tracking: You will record and track customer tasks and requests to ensure quick and efficient resolution.‍
• Providing customers with procedures: You will communicate clear and precise procedures to customers to enable them to navigate our services without difficulty.

• ‍Passion for the industry: A strong passion for Web3 and the blockchain space.‍
• Be familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot and project/team management systems like ClickUp.‍
• Attitude: Respect, sense of responsibility, transparency, **r**igorous/organized, professional, committed.‍
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, problem solving.‍
• Autonomy: Proactivity (innovative ideas) and autonomy.‍
• Reporting: Ability to monitor set KPIs.‍
• Willingness to work remotely. The entire team works remotely, without an office. Regular physical meetings can be arranged.

1. First interview: initial 30-minute discussion to get to know each other and see if we can get along.‍
2. Second qualification interview: During this first stage, we assess the suitability of the candidate's background and potential for the position. The purpose of this interview is to understand the candidate's previous experience and how it aligns with the responsibilities of Operations Manager at Summit.‍
3. Case study: Candidates who pass the first interview will participate in a timed case study. This stage is designed to assess their problem-solving and strategic abilities in a practical setting. It gives candidates the opportunity to showcase their skills in a scenario that reflects the real-life challenges they may face in their role.‍
4. Final interview with the CEO: Candidates who successfully complete the case study will be invited to a final interview with the CEO. This crucial interview is an opportunity to discuss the candidate's vision, how it fits with the company's objectives and how it can contribute to Summit's future. It's an opportunity to establish a link at a strategic level, and to ensure that the candidate is aligned with the company's direction and ethos.
